Create a “Coaches Corner” and resources page?

Professional development is integral in helping teams coaches, etc. grow and learn. The best organizations and leagues provide resources that are both accessible and up to date in its instruction. The easiest way for organizations and leagues to do this is on their website. These resources will have a direct impact on enriching experiences and development of the kids playing.

Here is an example of a “Coaches Corner” from one of our partnered organization’s website – Blue Valley Recreation in Overland Park, Kansas. They created this “Coaches Corner” to support approximately 400 teams and their coaches.

Recommended Action Steps:

• Create a “Coaches Corner” or “Coaches Resources” section on your website. Your administrators can direct your coaches and parents to this section for further development and resources. You’re more than welcome to use any resource from Coach Baseball Right as a way to get started, just let us know and we can help set it up with the correct resources for your community.
